Recently I presented a session at AgileRI about Scrum@Scale and what it takes to “make it stick” in the organization. In it, I stressed the importance of inviting people into the transformation, ensuring everyone knows the rules (including the decision rights) at the start, creating a “dual operating model”, implementing good Scrum at the team level, establishing executive support through the creation of an Executive Action Team, thorough prioritization through an Executive MetaScrum, and paying attention to change management with the use of a change model.
